Shandong Yingxunyao Metal Products Co., Ltd. (YXYSteel), trading as YXYSteel (yxysteel.com), is a China-based steel plate supply and processing partner for international buyers. We supply wear-resistant steel plate and shipbuilding steel plate, backed by the plate processing and pre-treatment capability of our processing base at Lanshan, Rizhao — about 15 minutes from the Lanshan port cluster.
Our working model is straightforward. We start from the material requirement — grade, thickness, width, length, quantity and application — and then add the processing the project actually needs: laser and plasma cutting, edge milling and beveling, plate rolling, shot blasting and priming, demagnetizing, marking restoration, packing and container loading. Two product lines run on one shared capability base, so buyers get steel plate that can move from specification straight to the project.
Every technical value published on this site is reference information. Final grade, tolerance, documentation and delivery terms are confirmed against the mill certificate, the contract and the project specification.

Two Core Business Divisions
1. Wear-Resistant Steel Plate & Processing
NM360 / NM400 / NM450 / NM500 / NM550 / NM600 and Mn13 high-manganese plate, sourced from tier-one Chinese mills. Processing covers laser and plasma/flame cutting, edge milling and beveling, plate rolling (W11S, 42 × 4,000 mm), drilling, shot blasting and priming, demagnetizing and marking restoration.
Typical applications: cement chute and hopper liners, crusher wear parts, mining truck and dump body liners, excavator bucket edges and coal handling systems.
2. Marine (Shipbuilding) Steel Plate Pre-Treatment
Shipbuilding steel plate delivered already blasted and shop-primed, so yards and block fabricators skip an in-house surface preparation step. The pre-treatment line runs shot blasting, cleaning and dust extraction, automatic spray, drying and automatic inkjet marking restoration in one pass.
Typical buyers: shipyards, repair yards, block and section fabricators, steel service centres and ship plate traders.
Inside the Workshop & Equipment
Processing capability is proven by equipment, not by claims. The main assets at our processing base:
- Pre-treatment line — shot blasting, cleaning and dust extraction, automatic spray, drying and automatic inkjet marking restoration; 5.2 m × 24 m, plate thickness 5–120 mm, 150–260 plates per shift.
- 20,000 W large-format laser cutting machine — 4,000 × 16,000 mm table, 50–200 t cut per day.
- Universal plate rolling machine W11S — 42 × 4,000 mm with hydraulic support, 150–160 plates per day.
- Edge milling machines — walking edge miller XBJ-15 (up to 16,000 mm), mobile XB-16, and XB-15M double-power-head double-side miller; 120–130 plates per day.
- Demagnetizer — 12 hours continuous operation, residual magnetism ≤ 5 GS.
- Lifting and handling — 13 overhead cranes from 10–40 t, 7 electromagnetic and 3 vacuum spreaders.
Quality Assurance
Pre-treatment follows 14 documented process standards, from incoming inspection and blasting through coating-thickness, salt and roughness testing to final anti-rust protection and marking. Coating thickness is measured with an Elcometer DFT gauge (0–1,500 µm), surface salt with a TDS tester and roughness with a needle roughness tester. Material is supplied with mill certificates and inspection records travel with the shipment.
